Maria M. (Granados) Lira
July 22, 1953 ~ May 13, 2022 (age 68)

Maria Lira was born on July 22, 1953, in Juárez, Mexico to Cenobio and Basilisa Granados. She grew up in Juárez where she attended school and worked at the factory. She came to Duncan, Oklahoma in 1979. Maria married Jose Lira in 1972. She worked as a Jewelry maker. She was a hard worker and loved her family. She always had a smile and will be missed by her loving family.

Mrs. Lira passed away on May 13, 2022, in her home in Lawton, Oklahoma.

She is survived by her son Mario of the home and her daughters, Silvia and husband Jerome Smith, a brother Carlos and his wife Norma Granados, and nieces and nephews. She had four grandkids Amy, Rachel, Jerome Jr., and Ashley. She also had great nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents Cenobio and Basilisa Granados, her brothers Juan Granados, Jose Granados, and Cenobio Granados, and a daughter Elizabeth Lira
