Betty L. (Hendershot) Link

  Betty L. Link, 83, of Ponca City, passed away on July 5, 2013 at the Ponca City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

 Betty was born on March 28, 1930 on a farm near Little River, KS to Floyd and Edna (Johnson) Hendershot. Betty was the next to the youngest of four children. 

A longtime resident of Ponca City, she spent many years working at Bright World Gifts and at Moore’s Clothing. She loved spending time with her family and friends, gardening, playing bridge and walking. 

Betty is survived by her three children; Mike Link and his wife Pam of Edmond, Greg Link and his wife Peggy of Oklahoma City and Debbie Crownover and her husband Scott of Aurora, Colorado, her grandchildren and great-grandchild as well as several nieces and nephews. 

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., July 27, 2013 at Bean Cemetery in Little River, KS. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Betty’s honor to Image HealthCare, 611 East Hartford, Ponca City, OK 74601 or to a charity of your choice.
