Opal M. Lindsey

April 22, 1912 ~ October 6, 2003

Opal M. Lindsey, 91, died October 6, 2003 at Valley Healthcare in San Bernardino. She was born in Duncan, OK on April 22, 1912, but California beckoned where she remained for 69 years. She worked at California Citrus Pulp for 16 years.

She leaves six children, Juanita, Melva, Marie, David, Carol and Kristi; 26 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren; sister in law Betty and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded by a grandson, 2 great grandsons and Curley, her husband of 47 years.

She also leaves all of the friends she made in her life's journey.

The family would like to thank all the staff at Valley Healthcare for the love and caring they expressed to mom and to the many friends she made at that facility. May God bless you.

Services will be held at Montecito Mortuary Chapel at 2:00 pm. Wednesday. Visitation will be same day from 12:00-2:00 p.m. with a graveside following the service.
