Kelly Lee Lewis

Kelly Lee Lewis
August 12, 1960 ~ October 18, 2017

Kelly Lee Lewis, of Duncan, was born August 12, 1960, to Milton Jeff "Mutt" and Neda Faye (Watson) Lewis. He passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017, at the age of 57.

Family visitation is scheduled for Sunday, October 22, from 2-4 P.M. at Whitt Funeral Home.

Funeral service is scheduled for Monday, October 23, at 1:30 p.m. at the First Christian Church with Rev. Arnold Nelson officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.

Kelly graduated from Duncan High School in 1978. He attended Murray State College and graduated from the Dallas American Broadcasting College. He owned KL Production Services and was part-owner of M.J. Lewis and Associates. He was a major contributor to the Stephens County Humane Society.

Kelly was always happy and smiling. Not only was he always smiling, but he took the time to make others smile. His love of music brought much happiness to his life from the time he was a toddler carrying his guitar through his years of being a DJ in Dallas. His love of music also took him to Europe singing his songs where he had six #1 hits. We will always remember Kelly as a kind, fun-loving, person with a heart of gold.

Kelly married Vicki Jane Aldridge in Duncan on August 12, 2017.

He is survived by his wife, Vicki; his stepdaughter, Allie and husband Kevin Horton; his step-grandchildren, Bianca and Bryn Horton; his mother, Neda; his sister, Karla and husband Johnny Dillon; his brothers, Mike and wife Jackie Lewis and Kim Lewis; his nieces and nephews, Jeff Dillon, Jenna Gasparino, Lee Lewis, Matt Lewis, Jay Lewis, Jon Lewis, and Jessica Lewis Smith; his mother-in-law, Jane Aldridge; his brother-in-law, Ben Aldridge; and many, many friends.

Kelly was preceded in death by his father, Mutt Lewis and his grandparents, Golda Mae and Jimmy Watson and Boone and Emma Lewis.

Serving as pallbearers are Jeff Jones, David Hammonds, Jack VanBebber, Jay Lewis, Lee Lewis, Jon Lewis, and Matt Lewis. Honorary pallbearer will be Jeff Dillon.

Memorial contributions may be made to Stephens County Humane Society.
