Gwendolyn Kay "Gwen" Lewis

A Celebration of Life service for Gwendolyn "Gwen" Kay Lewis, 57, Enid, is 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016, at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel, with Craig Shriner officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Gwen was born July 16, 1959, in Ft. Lewis, Wash., to William and Nancy Seiger Addington, and passed away Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016, in Golden Oaks Nursing Home. She was a military child, traveling around the world with her parents. She was educated in Thailand, Hawaii and Michigan. They moved back to Enid in 1974. She later graduated from Chisholm High School. She received some of her college in accounting from Everest College.

Gwen married Ronald Lewis in 1985. She attended St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Gwen worked in the banking business as a teller and lending processor.

Gwen is survived by her children, Darci Brainard and husband, Taylor; Kallee Lewis; Mikah Lewis and wife, Trisha; her siblings, Mike Addington and wife, Ginny; Stephen Addington; Gary Iosbaker and wife, Christie; Debbie Maxey and husband, Gary; three grandchildren, Gunner, Eli and Peyton; her mother, Nancy Addington; her father Bill and wife, Lois Addington; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Gwen's name to Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
