Rebecca Louise Leupp

Rebecca Louise Leupp
May 4, 1995 ~ Sep 10, 2016

Rebecca Louise Leupp, age 21, entered Heaven's joys on Saturday morning, September 10, 2016.

Rebecca was born in Quezon City, The Philippines, on May 4, 1995, the first child of Roderick Thomas and Stephanie Brank Leupp. Becca loved people, reading, drawing, learning, baking with Mom and Emily, and crafts - up until age 9 when the family was involved in a tragic car accident. Becca was left with a traumatic brain injury, totally dependent on others for her care. Her personality showed through in the 12 years she lived with her injury, and she was so patient through illness, numerous surgeries and hospital stays.

Becca leaves behind her parents and younger sister Emily; maternal grandmother Ruth Brank of Toledo, Ohio; paternal grandmother Edythe Leupp of Portland, Oregon; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The sorrow of living with her disabilities was lightened for all of us by her private duty nurses, her teachers and aides, her doctors and her therapists. At the end, Rivercross Hospice walked with us for the most difficult part of the journey: releasing our precious Becca into Jesus' arms. We know she is happy, healthy, running, skipping and rejoicing in Heaven.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Nazarene Missions, Church of the Nazarene, Global Ministry Center, 17001 Prairie Star Parkway, Lenexa, KS, USA 66220, or Bartlesville Salvation Army, 101 N Bucy, Bartlesville, OK 74003.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, September 17, at the Bartlesville First Church of the Nazarene. Services are under the direction of Carter Davis and the Davis Family Funeral Home.

Online condolences and remembrances may be shared with Becca's family at
