Shana Nicole (Pinion) Leeds

Shana Nicole (Pinion) Leeds
July 23, 1975 ~ June 4, 2020

Shana Nicole Leeds passed away peacefully in her home in Norman on June 4, 2020.

Shana was born in Tulsa, OK on July 23, 1975. She graduated from Norman High and married Christopher Leeds, in 1994. They were married for 25 years. They had 2 children, Tyler, born February 22, 1997, and daughter, Chloe, born October 8, 2002.

Shana loved working with young children. She attained her Director Certificate of Mastery in early childhood development. She learned sign language at OSU-OKC to communicate and teach deaf children.

Shana’s loves were tending her flower garden and spoiling her grandchildren. She enjoyed entertaining friends and family with pool parties at her home. Her favorite times were camping in the mountains and vacations with her family at the beach. She loved to live in the moment and did everything wholeheartedly. She was a nurturer at heart and loved her family unconditionally. Her spirit was like the light from a distant star that continues long after it’s source was extinguished.

She is survied by her husband, Christopher and daughter, Chloe of the home. Son, Tyler, daughter-in-law, Heather, grandson, Carsen and grandaughter, Willow, of Noble, OK. Parents, Jack and Camille Pinion, and brother, Jeff of Norman, plus numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Due to the ongoing threat of the Covid-19 virus, a memorial sevice will be held at a later date.
