Mark Edwin Lee was born on January 22, 1962 in Grand Rapids, Minnesota to Merton Edwin Lee and Caroline Maxine (Theis) Lee.
In 1981 he joined the United States Army where he served in Germany until 1984. Upon his return from the Army he lived in California where he met his first wife, Kathy. Kathy had three daughters whom Mark raised as his own. While in California, he worked in the construction industry. In 1994, he moved to Pryor and was employed by Rae Corporation until his retirement in 2022. Mark married Karen Rhea in 2003 and gained two sons Duston and John.
Growing up in Minnesota Mark & his lifelong friends ventured out on many wild hunting and fishing adventures. Mark enjoyed attending auctions and collecting memorabilia especially beer signs and beer lights. He enjoyed smoking briskets and creating different jerky's that he shared with friends and family. He especially loved the visits from his grandkids Daniel, Alex, Olive and Wren.
Mark was a wonderful husband, father and a Papa, brother and uncle. He was a kind hearted soul and a social butterfly who never met a stranger.
He is survived by his wife, Karen, of the home; two sons, Duston Anderson (Meaghan) and John Chupp (Leah); three daughters, Stephanie Rowe, Laura Broderdorf (Brea) and Crystal Stanley; two brothers, Robert Becker (Debbie) and Richard Becker (Pik Yoke); three sisters, Cheryl Hailey, Patricia Albaum and Marsha Lee-Anderson (Brian); eight grandchildren, Daniel Edwin, Alex James, Olive Rose, Nora Wren, Kodi, Ryan, Blake and Ben; nephew Jason Anderson (Jenn); two nieces, Jessica Julian and Breanna Burdick (Lee) and a host of other relatives and friends who love him and will deeply miss him.
Those who preceded him in death; his parents and three siblings, Ernie Becker, Steven Lee and Julie Lee.
A visitation service will be held for Mark Edwin Lee on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at Stephens-Key Funeral Home from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Services are entrusted to Stephens-Key Funeral and Cremation Care.
