Sara Dawn (Pool) LaRue
June 14, 1982 ~ December 19, 2017

A Celebration of Life Gathering for Sara Pool LaRue, age 35, of Enid, will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday, December 28, 2017, at the AB Circle of Life Event Center. Cremation arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.

Sara was born on June 14, 1982, in Placerville, California to Anthony Ray and Tia Renee (Hepfinger) Pool and passed away with her family by her side on Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at her home in Enid.

Sara married the love of her life, her soul mate Lars LaRue, on September 12, 2013 in Enid. She worked at Hackney-Ladish as a mag tech. Sara loved her job, her co-workers were her best friends and she loved them like family. She loved to swim, and Sara never met a person or an animal that she didn't love especially kittens. Sara had two fur babies, Tweet Winefred Bang and Olivia Savanah Bang, that were truly her babies and kids. If you knew Sara you could tell that her family and friends were her life. From the day that she was diagnosed with cancer, Sara knew that no matter which way this went, that God would be with her and us the whole way.

Sara is survived by her parents Stan & Tia Melrose, and Anthony Pool; her husband Lars LaRue; siblings Tyler Pool and his daughter Zoe; Rachell Pool, Colt Melrose wife Lindy, and their children Katie and Nova, and Health Melrose and wife Lucia and their children Eugenia and Vlad Ermurachi; grandparents Joyce Hepfinger, and Helen and Harley Pool; uncles Weston Hepfinger and Daryl Pool; and aunts France and Angie.

She was preceded in death by grandparents Elden and Margie Melrose, and Ed Hepfinger.

Memorials may be made in Sara's name to American Cancer Society.
