Donna Gene (Pratt) Kuykendall
October 29, 1943 ~ October 13, 2022

Donna Gene Kuykendall, 78, lifelong Texhoma resident, passed away Thursday morning, October 13, 2022 at the Hillside Heights Rehabilitation in Amarillo, Texas.

The daughter of Walter Albert and Dorothy Marie (Turpen) Pratt she was born October 29, 1943 in Texhoma, Oklahoma. Donna attended school in Texhoma graduating with the Class of 1962. She was an active member of the Texhoma First Christian Church.

Donna was married to Laddie Kuykendall. She was a homemaker and school cook in Texhoma, retiring in 2008.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Dorothy Pratt and four siblings: Jack Pratt, Patricia Kittle, Gary Pratt and Trudy Mills.

Survivors include her husband, Laddie of the home; two children, Chris Kuykendall and wife, Tina of Littleton, Colorado and Alicia Strain and husband, Barry of Goodwell, Oklahoma. Survivors also include five grandchildren: Erin Russell and husband Caleb of Castle Rock, Colorado, Kari Einertson and husband Kyle of Castle Rock, Cameron Kuykendall of Littleton, Brailey Dunfield and husband Hunter of New Braunfels, Texas and Colby Jackson and husband, Glenn of Goodwell, one sister, Alicia Jo Schroeder of Lindsay, Oklahoma and six great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be conducted Friday afternoon, October 21st at 2:00 p.m. at the Texhoma First Christian Church with Pastor Matt Maples officiating.

Memorials in memory of Donna may be given to a charity of choice. Memorials will be accepted at the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1112, Guymon, Oklahoma 73942.
