Charles C. "Chuck" Kurtz

A Celebration of Life for Charles C. "Chuck" Kurtz, age 76, of Enid, is 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home, with Reverend Jim Edmison officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Chuck was born November 3, 1942, in Freedom, Oklahoma, to Ralph and Gladys (Wegner) Kurtz, and passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018, in Enid.

Chuck worked for Otis-Phillips Printing for many years, and then he worked for Farmland Industries (now Koch Industries) where he retired after 33 years. He married Joyce Gray on May 9, 1986, in Perry, Oklahoma.

Chuck is preceded in death by his parents and brother Leroy "Sonny" Wayne Kurtz.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Kurtz, of the home in Enid; three daughters, Cindy Kurtz Bay and husband Bryan of Enid, Kim Moormann and husband Butch of Enid, Angel Arnold and husband Jim of Albion, New York; son Steve Kurtz and wife Phyllis, of Tishomingo, OK; three siblings, sister Eva Heim and husband Kenneth of Tulsa, brother Donald Kurtz and wife Georgia of Goltry, and Janice Smith and husband Don of Colorado Springs, CO; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions in Chuck's name may be made to the charity of choice, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
