William Duane "Bill" Kirkpatrick
Friday, January 2nd, 1942 - Tuesday, February 26th, 2019

William "Bill" D. Kirkpatrick 77, of Enid passed away February 26, 2019. Bill was born on January 2, 1942 to Arthur Kirkpatrick and Nina Blansit. He served in the U.S. Army, The Director of Oklahoma Law Officier, Enid Police Department, and was Chief of Police in Inola, OK. He also served three years with the military police as well as deputy in four other departments.

Bill left this world unexpectedly to be with his family that he missed very much.

He is survived by his love of life partner of 33 years, Melba Pryor, two daughters, Tammy Driver and Amelia Windler, sons, Richard Kirkpatrick and Mike King, seven loving grandchildren, Christian, Briona, Dakota, Nikki, Amy Sue Chapman, Ryan and Sarah Kirkpatrick, and two great-grandchildren Aiden and Brinley, his sister Kaye Chowning and husband Larry, brother, Jim Kirkpatrick and wife Cindy, (4) nephews Ty Chowning, Kyle Fritzler, Terry Kirkpatrick and Trey Kirkpatrick, one niece Kristi Browne.

He is now with his Mother, Dad, brother Mike Kirkpatrick and sister Judy Fritzler and nephew Troy Chowning who preceded him in death.

Bill lived his life the way he wanted to live it and loved his family for it. He was always generous and had a kind heart. He will be so missed.
