Woodroe Willis "Woody" Killian

May 20, 1937 ~ September 11, 2020

The Memorial Service Celebrating and Honoring the life of Woodroe Willis "Woody" Killian will be held at a later date.

Woody was born May 20, 1937 to Lloyd and Vinnie Biggs Killian in Geary, Oklahoma and passed from this life September 11, 2020 in Enid, Oklahoma.

He was raised and educated in Greenfield, Oklahoma graduating in 1957 he soon joined the United States Air Force serving during the Cuban Crisis in Massachusetts for five years. He married his wife of sixty-one years Lanita Marie Landreth August 3, 1959, in Watonga, Oklahoma, from that union came two sons He went on to become a Sheet Metal Radiographer at Vance Air Force Base and retired from Northrop. He enjoyed woodworking, making all kinds of beautiful wood creations.

He is survived by his wife Lanita, of the home, one sister Linda Southerland, of Clinton; in laws and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his two sons Lloyd Jack Killian and Richard Willis Killian; his parents; two sisters, Alpha Kerr and Elda Castleberry; and one brother, Bill Killian.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the exceptional care takers and nurses at Hospice Circle of Love.
