Ms. Donna Jeanne Kerr, 76 of Bartlesville passed away at 11:28 pm on February 25, 2016 in her loving son's home.

Ms. Kerr was born on Feb 24, 1940 to Theodore (Ted) & Alta Mae (Porter) Horner. She was raised and received her education in Bartlesville. She married Joseph Daniel Kerr in 1955 and in this union, four children were born. Donald Joseph Kerr, Kathy Louise (Kate) Curtis Kerr, Robert James Kerr and Damon Lewis Kerr.

Our parents were business owners in Bartlesville. They owned and operated the American Cleaners and the Shamrock billiards in the early 60's and 70's until they retired. They divorced in 1988, but remained friends. She never remarried. Our mother enjoyed caring for the elderly and cleaning for them, reading books, gardening and fishing. She loved her family with all her heart and was there when she was needed.

Ms. Kerr is survived by her son Donald J. Kerr and his wife Deborah of Bartlesville, one daughter Kathy (Kate) Curtis Kerr of Copan, OK, and Damon Lewis Kerr of Bartlesville. One sister, Barbara Brown of Grove, One granddaughter, Rebecca Dawn Robinson and husband Christopher of Bartlesville. Four Great Grandchildren, Slade Aaron Sparks, Tyler Anthony Sparks, Harlie Alyssa Smith, Chancelor Allen Smith and many nieces and nephews. Our mother was a loving and very caring mother. She was always there when her children needed her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Ms. Kerr was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, JoAnn Brown and Sandra Henson, one son Robert James (Bobby) Kerr and ex-husband Joseph Daniel Kerr.

Ms. Kerr was cremated under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home and Crematory in Bartlesville. There will be no public service for our mother, as we will put her to rest in a private family service. We would like to thank Rivercross Hospice for the loving care they provided for our mother and in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Rivercross Hospice.
