B. L. Franklin Kelley

July 21, 1923 ~ August 9, 2004

B. L. Kelley was born on July 21, 1923 in Kingston (Indian Territory), Oklahoma to Sidney and Mary Kelley and passed away on August 9, 2004, in Wofford Heights. B. L. was a loving father and grandfather and loved spending time with them. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He worked for 35 years as a truck driver and after retirement went to work with his two sons in the cable TV construction business.

B. L. is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Floy I. "Sis" Kelley. He is survived by his sons, Carl Kelley and wife, Alice and Butch Kelley and wife, Cheryl; brothers, Leroy Kelley of Arizona, Robert and Tommy Kelley both of California; sisters, Bonnie Naugle and Margie Hughes of Oklahoma, Marquita Wright of Georgia, Oleta Ross of Oregon and Carrie Prigmore of Bakersfield, 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Friday, August 13, 2004, at 2:00 p.m., at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday 4 to 8 p.m. at Hillcrest Mortuary.
