Loy Earl Kellar, Jr.

December 5, 1970 ~ March 8, 2017

Loy Earl Kellar Jr., 46, of Kansas, Oklahoma died Wednesday, March 8, 2017 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born December 5, 1970 in Stilwell, Oklahoma the son of Leona and Loy Kellar.

Loy loved horses, drawing, hunting, fishing and dancing to country music.

He was preceded in death by his father, Loy Kellar Sr.

Loy is survived by his mother; Leona Kellar, one brother; Jacob (Kristen) Kellar of Randolph, Mississippi,three sister; Tammy  (Darrin) Roesner of Beggs, Oklahoma, LeAnn (Byron) Wariner of Titusville, Florida, Angela (Manuel) Parada of Kellyville, Oklahoma, Anne Starbuck, many nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
