Fredi Regina (LaFountain) Keith
July 4, 1936 ~ Jan. 25, 2013

Fredi Regina LaFountain Keith of Ponca City died at home on Jan. 25, 2013 from complications of Alzheimers disease. She was born in Ponca City on July 4, 1936 to Fred and Vida LaFountain.

She attended Roosevelt Elementary, Ponca City Junior High and graduated from Ponca City High School in 1954 and attended Northern Oklahoma Junior College NOC.

She was preceded in death by her oldest son, Kelly in March 2012, and her youngest daughter Kerry Keith Bond, in 1999.

She is survived by her husband Thomas R. Keith, Jr. Tom, son Casey Keith of Ponca City, daughter Connie Keith Simpson Shon of Little Rock, granddaughter Tyler Simpson Lenners Brent of Ponca City, grandsons Jason Drew Simpson of Little Rock, Tommy Bond of OKC, Ryan Bond of Ada, and a brother, Steven Cook of Sedan, Kansas.

There will not be a public memorial service, however family and friends will be received at 115 Fairview in Ponca City on Friday evening from 6:00 7:30 pm.
