Earl Dean Keffer, age 79, passed away quietly at his home on April 19, 2016.

He was born September 15, 1936 in Waynoka, Oklahoma. Earl received his Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Northwestern State College, Alva, OK in 1958.

He was a Vocal and Instrumental Instructor for 11 years. He then went on to be a Supervisor for Gold Spot Dairy for 14 years. Next he worked for Conoco in the Aviation Department in which he retired after 17 years.

Earl had a love for music and sang the Lord's Prayer at all of his children's weddings.v Earl was preceded in death by his parents Ralph Reuben Keffer and Urcie Mae (Harmon) Keffer of Waynoka, Oklahoma. One sister Evelyn L. Keffer of Oklahoma City.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Mona Ruth (Parsons) Keffer, two daughters Kathy Keffer-Sharpe and husband Steve, Vicki Danielson, and two sons Phil Dean Keffer and wife Trudy, Kyle Alan Keffer and wife Carole. Two sister's Jeanne Smith and Betty Kinder and husband Bob. Grandchildren Lydia Sharpe, Amanda Danielson, John Danielson, Garth Keffer, Kori (Nichols) Jordan, Ryan Nichols, Hannah (Keffer) Sutter, Brendon Keffer, Jacob Keffer and Landen Keffer.

Services will be held at First Baptist Church Bartlesville, 405 S Cherokee, at 11:00am Saturday, April 23rd.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the music department of Bartlesville First Baptist Church or Rivercross Hospice of Bartlesville.
