Pennie (Hodge) Kaven

Pennie (Hodge) Kaven
July 27, 1959 ~ July 14, 2021

Pennie Hodge Kaven, age 61, passed away on July 14th, 2021 in Durant, Oklahoma. She was born in Hugo, Oklahoma on July 27th, 1959 to Jim and Cleta Hodge.

Throughout her life, she worked for many of the local businesses: Durant Bank & Trust, Custom Molded Plastics and the Child Support Division. She married Randy Kaven on June 24th, 1994.

She spent the last few years of her life at home with her flowers and dogs. She loved all of them dearly.

Pennie leaves behind her husband of 27 years, Randy; her father Jim Hodge and many uncles, aunts and cousins. She also leaves her extended family: stepson Gabriel Kaven and step-daughter Alana Hammer and grandchildren, nieces, nephews and all who love her.

She will be very much missed! Love, Everyone
