Jimmie Jones
April 10, 1924 ~ March 10, 2019

Jimmie Jones, age 94 of Lexington, passed away Sunday March 10, 2019. He was born April 10, 1924 in Purcell, 1 of 7 children born to Isaac and Myrenda Jones. Jimmie started school in Purcell, but like many at that time, he left school to work and help his family.

Jimmie left his young family, and answered the call of duty, joining the United States Army.
