Ross Hamble Johnson

June 21, 1921 ~ November 5, 2011

Ross H. Johnson, 90, passed from this earthly home to his new Heavenly home to be with Jesus on November 4, 2011. He was born on June 21, 1921 in Isabella, OK to Grace Barnum and Jacob Johnson.

He served in the U.S. Army during WWII and retired from Tinker AFB in 1977.

He is survived by his wife of nearly 64 years, Aileen; three sons, Phil Johnson and wife Mindi of St. George, Utah; Byron (Kat) Johnson and wife Nelda of Dallas, Texas; Dennis Johnson and fianc" Laurel Kallenberger of Oklahoma City, OK; one daughter, Carol Johnson Oakley and husband Rick of Midwest City, OK; eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one granddaughter, Heather Johnson Finch.

Ross was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church.
