Kenneth Edwin Johnson

July 24, 1955 ~ Dec. 9, 2006

Kenneth was born July 24, 1955 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

He spent most of his childhood in Oklahoma before residing in Bakersfield, California.

Kenneth worked in the plumbing industry for over 30 years.

Kenneth was an avid reader, enjoying traveling, camping, NASCAR, watching football, and spending time with his dogs.

He was always happy to lend a helping hand.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother, Floudelle Johnson, sister, Kathryn Fincher, and his nephew, Christopher Johnson.

He is survived by his father, Edward Johnson, and wife, Lil, son, Kenny Johnson of Portland, Oregon, grandmother, Della Johnson, brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Linda Johnson and Jeff and Andee Johnson, niece, Lisa Olivarez, Tess Eugenio, and Bayleigh Johnson, nephews, Alex Johnson, Daryn Johnson, and Tyler Johnson, and some very special great nieces.

Kenneth will be greatly missed.

Visitation is scheduled for Friday, December 15, 2006 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by graveside services at 2:30 p.m. at Greenlawn Southwest Mortuary, 2739 Panama Lane.
