Samuel Wilford Jackson Jr.
October 9, 1923 ~ July 14, 2013 (age 89)

Samuel Wilford Jackson Jr., 89, of Norman, left this life on July 14, 2013. He was born on Oct. 9, 1923 to Samuel and Hanna Jackson in Independence, KS.

He was preceded in death by; parents; wife, Marcy Jackson; and brother, Jim Jackson.Survivors include his son, James R. Jackson; daughter, Karen S. Jackson; brother, Joe Jackson; sister, Helen Bolinger; grandchildren, Jacob Jackson and Laura Suttles; great-grandchildren, Hope, Joy, and Glory; and sister-in-law, Betty Beck.

Services are 3:00p.m., Saturday, July 20, 2013 at The Trails at Rivermont, 800 Canadian Trails, Norman, OK 73072.

Condolences may be shared at www.HavenbrookFuneralHome.com . In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
