Danielle Jaylene “Dannie” Ioerger

The Memorial services celebrating and honoring the life of Danielle Jaylene Ioerger “Dannie”, 46, of Enid, will be held privately under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

Dannie was born May 19, 1976, to Walter and Marilyn Blackledge Ioerger in Enid, Oklahoma and passed from this life December 27, 2022, in Enid, Oklahoma.

She was raised in Enid until she went to live at the Youth Convalescent Center at the age of four to receive the level of care she needed. She later moved to Enid to be near family where she lived at the Enid State School, which later became NORCE, for fifteen years. At the age of twenty-one her long time caregiver, Mary Ann Allen, took her home and cared for her for the next twenty-three years, raising her as her own with her family until her passing in 2019.

Dannie loved music, traveling, camping and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed working with paper. Dannie was the light of many people’s life and will be missed immensely. Dannie was a organ donor and will continue to change lives.

She is survived by her biological mother, father, sister Natali Ioerger, and extended siblings, Deanna Henshaw, J.R. Poulson, Mary Rose Morrison , Fay Anne Jones, Sheila Rumsey, Bill Moore, Finley Miller, and Heidi Knight.

She was preceded in death by her Brother Nathan Ioerger and her extended mother Mary Ann Allen.
