Sara was born December 6, 1952 in Odessa, TX to Charlie Bennett Shelton and Mary Ailcy Manley.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Greg Powell.
Sara is survived by her son, Robert W. Hines and wife Kim of OKC; grandson, Tyler Hines and wife Emily of Lakewood, WA; granddaughter, Katherine Hines; brother, Ken Ray “Tex” of Perry, OK ; sister, Ruby Benita Engel of Goodyear, AZ and many other family members and friends.
Services to celebrate her life will be at Northwest Metro Library on Friday, October 11th at 11 AM.
