Eva Lorene (Loudermilk) Hickman

Eva Lorene (Loudermilk) Hickman, age 73, an Atoka, OK resident. She was born on Saturday, October 27, 1951, to Jess and Irene Tribierce (Suit) Cottrell-Loudermilk, at Atoka, OK. Eva passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at Atoka, OK. She attended Atoka Public Schools and then Arlington Heights High School in Ft. Worth, TX and graduated from Mesquite High School in Mesquite, TX.

Eva was a Medical Transcriptionist in Parker and Tarrant County, Texas. Eva was of the Baptist faith. She loved talking and visiting. Eva was a "Chatty Cathy." She loved playing Portland as well as any other card game. The biggest thing she enjoyed was being with her family and visiting. Eva was known affectionately as "Renie" by family.

Eva is survived by his sister, Dora Hammons of Aubrey, TX; son, Steven Burns Jr. of Weatherford, TX; nephew, Billy Hammons and wife Julie of Aubrey, TX, Willie Cottrell Jr. and wife Elaine of Sherman, TX; niece, Michele Hoover of Justin, TX, Tracy Dewey of Little Elm, TX, Deborah Fisher and husband David of Atoka, OK; grandkids, Judene Mergner, Luther Mergner II, Audrey Burns, Collin Burns.

Eva was preceded in death by her parents, Jess and Irene Tribierce (Suit) Cottrell-Loudermilk; brother, Bill Cottrell; grandmother, Eva Mae Suit; great aunt, Eva Edna Davis; brother in law, Bill Hammons
