Mary Margaret (Naylor) Hess
Jan. 26, 1926 ~ March 19, 2012

ENID - Mary Margaret Hess, 86, of Wakita, passed away Monday, March 19, 2012. She was born Jan. 26, 1926, in Anthony, Kan., the daughter of Orrin Harrison and Helen Agnes (Zolezzi) Naylor.

She married Louis Paul Hess June 9, 1945, in Wellington, Kan.

Survivors include her children, Mary Lou Leblo, Judy (Dean) Bellin, all of Wakita, Bud (Martha) Hess of Anthony, Maggie Ream (Robert Creech) of Enid, Kay (Billy) Majors of Melville, La., Janice Buswell of Glidden, Iowa, Burlie (Rita) Hess of Enid, Bobby Joe (Stephanie Jodee) Hess of Midland, Texas, Tammy Lamb (Dan Warnecker) of Enid, Ricky (Patti) Hess of Waukomis, Kevin Hess (Tasha) of Shawnee, and Jack (April) DeBord of Ada; sisters, Harriett Sebring and Winnie Lee Bigley of Wichita; 27 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; daughter, Elaine Isaacs; brothers, Lloyd Patrick and John Joseph; sister, Betty Jean Vess; and grandson, Kristopher Kody Lamb.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 23, 2012, in Forest Park Cemetery in Anthony, Kan., with Brother Bobby Smith officiating. Friends may register from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at Prairie Rose Funeral Home in Anthony, Kan.

Memorials may be given to Anthony Christian Church, Wakita Community Health Center or Hospice Circle of Love and may be sent in care of Prairie Rose Funeral Home, 602 E. Main St., Anthony, KS 67003.
