Bobby Hawks

Bobby Hawks
March 27, 1973 ~ April 22, 2022

Bobby Hawks a resident of Calera, OK, and Veteran of the United States Army, passed from this earth on April 22, 2022, at the age of 49. He was born on March 27, 1973, to Jon F. Hawks, Sr., and Mary E. (McLeod) Hawks in Vivian, LA. Bobby married Christina Embry in Achille, OK on June 5, 1998.

Bobby was proud of his service in the United States Army. He enjoyed the quiet solitude of fishing, working on cars, cooking for friends and family, he especially enjoyed making art with metal. Bobby cherished his four children and any time they spent together.

Mr. Hawks is survived by his beloved children, Dylan Hawks, Nathan Hawks, Kierra Hawks, Logan Hawks, all of Calera, OK, mother, Mary Hawks of Belcher, LA, brothers, Jon F. Hawks, Jr., of Texarkana, AR, and Beau B. Hawks of Shreveport, LA, grandmother, Bobbie McLeod of Belcher, LA, along with other family members, aunts, uncles, and numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Mr. Hawks was preceded in death by his father, Jon Hawks, Sr., and wife, Christina Hawks.

Family hour will be from 1-2:00 PM on Friday April 29th at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Chapel in Durant, OK. A funeral service to honor his life will begin at 2:00 PM with Bro. Roger Speers officiating.
