A Celebration of Life Memorial Gathering of family & close friends for Oak Grove residents John & Sandra Hausner will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 30th at the Oak Grove Baptist Church. John Wesley Hausner was born in Drumright, Oklahoma on December 31, 1938 to the late Gene Hausner & Opal Gladys (Vickers) Hausner. He passed from this life at his home on May 17, 2026 at the age of 87 Years, 4 months, & 17 days. John was raised & educated in the Olive & Drumright area and was a graduate of Drumright High School. He furthered his education at the University of Tulsa graduating with a degree in accounting.
John Hausner & Sandra Potts were united in marriage on August 14, 1959 and they made their home in Mannford for a few years. They eventually moved back home to Drumright in 1983. Until their retirement, John & Sandra owned & operated Hausner Precast Concrete west of Drumright. They were very active in the Drumright Community for many years. John was a member of the Drumright Chamber of Commerce, the Drumright Lions Club, and loved to play golf. He was a loving husband – father – grandfather - & friend to many. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Wife: Sandra on May 7, 2026; a Daughter; 1 Brother & 2 Sisters.
They leave behind a Daughter: Laura Rhodd & husband Ric of Oak Grove; Son-In-Law: Clay Abercrombie of Mannford; Grandchildren: Racheal & Taran – Alexandra & Brandon – Lauren & Jeremy – Evan & Tracy – Amanda & Clay – Hunter & Abby; Numerous Great Grandchildren; John is also survived by a Brother: Allen Hausner & wife Linda of Oklahoma City area; Sister: Glenda Fisher of Welling. In addition, John leaves behind many Nieces – Nephews – Cousins - other family members & friends.
