Bruce Almond Hartley
August 10, 1939 ~ January 11, 2018

Bruce Almond Hartley, left this world on January 11, 2018, at the age of 78.

Bruce was born on August 10, 1939 to Ernest Hartley and Dorothy Demitchell in Bay City, MI.

He married Marie Jane Hartley on November 22, 1958 in Bay City, MI. Enjoying 59 years together. 

He attended Central High School in Bay City, MI. Working in GM Management as a die maker. Bruce was also a lifelong musician. A real passion for him. Proficient with many instruments. Playing music at nursing homes and the VA in his older years.

He is preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Marie Hartley; son, Dennis Hartley; daughters, Susan Sharpton, Barbara Johnson, and Jo Anne Glasser; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother and sister.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at the Strode Funeral Home Chapel in Stillwater, OK.
