Raymond Harmon

Aug 16, 1940 ~ Mar 8, 2017

Raymond Harmon was born August 16, 1940 in Salem, Ohio to Francis Mildred and Raymond Willard Harmon., He passed away March 8, 2017 at Erick, Oklahoma at the age of 76 years 6 months and 22 days. 

Raymond served his country with the US Army. After his discharge, he moved to Delhi and later to Erick to make his home where he met his best friend, Barbara Cummins and her brother, Winford Odom. He and Barbara enjoyed 20 years of sharing each other's company. He was known as a Jack of All Trades. Raymond worked for some local farmers but mainly worked as a Carpenter. He was known for growing a beautiful garden. He loved his pets and spoiled them every chance he got.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 sisters.

He is survived by his companion of 20 years, Barbara Cummins, of the home; 1 son,  Raymond Allen Harmon, Tulsa, OK; 2 brothers,  Gene Harmon, Erick, OK;  and Wayne Harmon, Ohio; one sister, as well as a host, of other relatives and friends.

 A memorial service to held at a later date.
