Services for Judy Ann Harjo, 60, of Oklahoma City, are 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 15, 2022 at Spring Baptist Church in Sasakwa, Rev. Leon Postoak, Rev. Kellos Walker and Pastor Willie Doyeto will officiate. Burial will follow at Harjo Family Cemetery. A Wake will be held Thursday, April 14 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Criswell Funeral Home.
Judy Ann Harjo went home to be with the Lord on April 8, 2022. She was born in Oklahoma City on July 17, 1960. Judy was retired from the Oklahoma Tax Commission where she was an Auditor. Upon retirement, she took care of her beloved mother Laura. She was a long-time member of Central Baptist Church of OKC, OK where she served in various roles within the church. Judy recently joined Spring Baptist Church of Sasakwa, OK to serve alongside her husband Gil. She enjoyed attending all night Gospel singings and Fifth Sundays along with her parents and her aunt Marie. She was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma Sooners. Judy often enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren play sports and loved attending family gatherings. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed!
Judy is preceded in death by her parents Mike and Laura Jones of OKC, OK.
Judy is survived by her husband Gilbert Harjo of OKC, OK, her aunt Viola Harrell of Conway, Arkansas, her aunt Mildred Davis of Stigler, OK, numerous cousins, son Brandon Harjo and wife Sherri of Little, OK, daughter Sabrina Brummett and husband Steve of Wewoka, OK, son Adam Harjo and wife Kim of Earlsboro, OK, daughter Rayna Harjo of Wewoka, OK, son Ryne Harjo of Wewoka, OK, and daughter Adrianne Harjo of Wewoka, OK.
