Maxine Louise (Campbell) Harding

November 26, 1914 ~ March 12, 2008

Maxine Louise (Campbell) Harding was born November 26, 1914, in Delphos, Kansas to David Campbell and Maude (Bennett) Campbell.

She went to sing high soprano in the heavenly choir on March 12, 2008, at the Stilwell Nursing Home at the age of 93 years, 3 months and 16 days.

On October 5, 1935, Maxine was married to Roy W. Harding in Delphos, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents, two sons; Roy C. Harding, Jr., and Preston Harding, seven sisters; Beulah, Blanche, Ruth, Dorthy, Gertrude, Marie and Helen May, two brothers; David and Paul, and one granson.

Those left to mourn her passing are her children; Monte B. Harding and wife, Joy, of Haskell, OK, Clifford Harding and wife, Lisa, of Montgomery, AL, Evette Sanders and husband, Tom, of Bunch, OK; siblings; Betty Swain, of Salina, KS, Virginia Yount, of Rocky, OK., Margerie Martin, of Glasco, KS, and Maudyna White, of Washington, 11 grandchidren, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Memorial services were held Friday, March 14, 2008, at Stilwell Nursing Home with Rev. Barry Hayes officiating.

Burial will be at Delphos Cemetery in Delphos, Kansas at a later date.

Final arrangements were entrusted to Hart Funeral Home.
