Janice Elaine Green, age 76, passed away on December 27, 2025. Janice was born on February 7, 1949, to parents Martin Bradford and Willie Mae (Downs) Love. Janice spent most of her life in Lewisville, TX and graduated from Lewisville High School and later moved to Bryan County in 2023. Janice was a dedicated homemaker to her family, and she enjoyed riding horses, crafts, puzzles and spending time with family and friends. Janice was of the Baptist faith, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Janice is preceded in death by her parents Martin and Willie Love; sister Phyllis Parker and brother Brad Love.
Janice is survived by her daughters Jamie Green and Sissy Green; grandson Ruben Romero; granddaughter Lexi Ybarra; sisters Judy Anderson, Dana Collinsworth, Kristy Habern, and Terrie Love and numerous extended family and friends.
A celebration of Janice’s life will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel. Chaplain Mike Moody will officiate. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.brownsfuneralservice.com.
Arrangements are under the direction of Brown’s Durant Funeral and Cremation Service.
