Lois B Gore was born during the Great Depression to David Harrison Ammons and Lois Jame (Baker) Ammons as one of nine children. She lived a life of strength, love, and deep faith. She spent many years working in the Bartlesville Public Schools cafeteria, where her kindness and dedication touched many lives.
She loved gospel singing, preaching, needlework, and peaceful days fishing with her beloved husband, Marvin Lewis Gore. Her family was her greatest joy, and her legacy of love will live on through them.
She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin, her parents, all eight siblings, and two children, Marla Sue Breshears and Lew Gore.
Left to cherish her memory are her son David H. Gore (Sandi); grandchildren Leslye Taylor, David Gore II, Derrick Gore, Cherry Gore, and Lewis Gore; and nine great-grandchildren.
