Dennie Eugene "Dennis" Goddard

August 21, 1948 ~ January 3, 2013

Dennie Eugene Dennis Goddard, resident of Ponca City, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2013 at the Ponca City Medical Center. He was 64 years of age.

Dennis was born August 21, 1948 in Dodge City, Kansas, the only child of Floyd Delbert Goddard and Elsie Cain Goddard. He was a 1966 graduate of Ponca City High School.

Dennis had formerly worked for the Ponca City Fire Department and was one of the departments divers. He had also worked as a Sears repairman and in maintenance with Skaggs and later Albertsons. His enjoyments were OU football, NASCAR, riding motorcycles, cars and his 3 dogs, DiDi, Tuffy and Little Bit. Any time Dennis was in a room he commanded the room by his story telling.

He is survived by his five children, Cindy Ross of Yale, Oklahoma, Claire Goddard of Ponca City, Michael Todd Bradford of Ponca City, Caroline Printy of Westminster, Colorado, and Tiffany Faulk of Ponca City 12 grandchildren, Matthew Ross, Jordan Ross, Nicholas Ross, Jacob Sizemore, Catlin Sizemore, Creed Goddard, Carson Goddard, Kierstin Peterman and Lydiona Copperston. Chase McKay, Joshua Goddard, Deacon Faulk and 2 great grandchildren. Brennan Burks and Addison Thompson. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of life service will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Grace Memorial Chapel.paste info here
