John Edgar “Dakota” Gobbi
December 18, 1956 ~ November 5, 2017

John Edgar “Dakota” Gobbi, 60, of Marietta passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017 in El Paso, Texas. No services are planned.

John was born December 18, 1956 in Casper, Wyoming. A resident of Love County since September 2009, he was employed as an over-the-road truck driver for Dot Transportation, Inc. and also served with the National Guard. John married Martha Wolfe on December 18, 2010 in Lake Murray Chapel. The couple enjoyed riding their motorcycles. A member of the Christian Motorcyclist Association, John was a Christian who truly loved the Lord.

Survivors include his wife, Martha of the home.
