Ben Earl Gillispie
April 20, 1955 ~ December 10, 2016

Ben Earl Gillispie was born April 20, 1955 at Shattuck, OK to Benjamin Franklin and Ina Mae Gillispie of Harmon, OK. He passed from this life December 10, 2016 at the age of 61.

Ben Earl attended school at Arnett, OK, and went to college at Frank Phillips in Borger, TX for two years studying agriculture. He was baptized and a member of the First Baptist Church of Arnett. Ben Earl grew up south of Harmon on the family ranch. He was a rancher all of his life. Ben Earl loved feeding and checking cattle, checking the ranch, and laughing at the new baby calves playing. He also enjoyed watching western movies, hunting, fishing, watching Billy Graham, reading God's Word, and visiting friends and family.

Ben Earl was preceded in death by his parents Ben and Ina Mae Gillispie and his brother Ray Gillispie.

He is survived by his brother Frank Gillispie and wife LuAnn of Laverne, OK; sister Sylvia Head and husband Bob of Woodward, OK; Levi Gillispie and wife Amy and children Austin, Khole, Wylie, Karly, Kaitlyn; Nichole Northup and husband Jeremy and children Dylan, Bralyn, Rayden, Harrison; Hattie Gillispie; Tyson Gillispie; Traver Deweese and wife Amanda and children Danielle, Mackenzie, Katie; Alisha Hutt and husband Mark and children Cooper, Korbin; and other family and friends.

Memorials may be made to the Arnett Baptist Church Memorial Fund, Arnett, OK.
