Martha Leona (Threlkeld) Gibson

November 21, 1945 ~ September 6, 2015

Martha L. Gibson, 69, of Lawton, our precious angel was called home to her heavenly father on September 6, 2015.

Services are pending with Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Service.

Martha was born to Raymond and Maggie Threlkeld on November 21, 1945 in Bours, Texas.

She grew up in Apache, OK.

Martha married Jacky Gibson on September 5, 1964 and had two children.

She worked for Haggar Slacks for 10 years and was a store manager for both Wal Mart and Goodwill.

Survivors include her husband, Jacky Gibson, of the home; two children, Steven Gibson and Teresa Ritter both of Lawton; four sisters: Betty Love and Donna Wars, both of Apache, Skeeter Reussell Lahae and Lela Lahae, both of Lawton; one brother, Doug Threlkeld of Wichita Falls; five grandchildren: Cody and Rossetta, Cally and Ashly, Kay Leigh and Josh, Dayla and Shawn; 8 great-grandchildren.

Special thanks to Promise Care Hospice and Cancer Specialist of Oklahoma that took such wonderful care of our loved one.
