ENID, Okla. — The memory and celebration of life service for Jacalyn “Jackie” Gatson will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013, at New Light Baptist Church, 452 E. Indiana, Enid.

Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

Jackie was born April 17, 1955, in Enid, Okla., and was called home to be with our Heavenly Father on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013.

Jackie was well-known in the community and loved caring for the elderly, that was her passion.

Jackie leaves behind to carry on her memory, her mother, Minnie Johnson; son, Kimmell Gatson; daughter, Ayanna Gatson; sister, Valerie Toombs; five grandchildren; one niece; one nephew; several aunts and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Lillie Mae Ryder, and three aunts.
