Frances Webster Gasche, 99, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2019 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Born September 26, 1919 in Lenapah, Oklahoma to Allen Clayton Webster and Mary Frances Chouteau Webster.
Survivors include her daughter Vicki Holzer and son-in-law Joe Holzer, son John W. Gasche, daughter Sheri Gasche, granddaughter Cameron Holzer and grandson Louis G. Holzer, sister Helen Courtney, and several nieces and nephews.
