Fabiola Ford (Fabiola Notivol Salduena) was born in Zaragoza, Spain. She was the daughter of Cipriano Notivol Binaduro and Martina Salduena Asencio; the third of 4 siblings.
When she finished school in Spain, she worked 2 years there before moving to a new job in France. She met Paul Ford in France and they married a year later. As a military wife she travelled to many places in Europe and many countries in the Americas. Upon arriving in the US, they adopted a 3-weeks-old girl. Her husband and their daughter died in 2010 and 2015 respectively. Since then, she tried to return to Spain, but later changed her mind and stayed in the US.
