She walked though heavens doors on February 4, 2017 at the age of 61 Arrangements are under Amy Stittsworth funeral home in Enid, OK.

No services, burial will be at a later date.

She lived most of her life in Ponca City, Ok. where she graduated from Ponca City Senior High School. She worked at Smith Tool . She moved to Billings MT. for 15 years. On December 2nd 2015 she moved back to Ponca City Ok. Her pride and Joy were her sons Travis White and Levi White and his wife Jen and her grand kids Trever Zemp, Kendrick White, Jackie White, Trever White, and Ava White.

She is survived by her mother LaVerne Forbes and two sisters Pam DeNoya and Terry Frazier and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Jackie Forbes and Grandmother Pauline Garrett and her best friend Nancy Hall.
