Helen Lucy (Acton) Flanary
May 21, 1925 ~ June 16, 2025

Helen Lucy Flanary, 100, resident of Oologah for the last 80 years., was born May 21, 1925, in Van Buren, AR to Curtis Clay Acton and Amanda Elizabeth (Bost) Acton. In the past, she had volunteered for D.A.V and the V.F.W. and she had a love for the color blue.

Visitation will be Noon to 8:00 pm, Friday, June 20, 2025, at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home. The family will be present from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Saturday, June 21, 2025, at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Hermon Wood Officiating.

She is survived by 1 daughter: Charlotte Flanary of Oologah, 1 granddaughter: Kasey Hartwig and her husband Dennis of Oologah, 1 great-grandson: Colt Jones. She is also survived by many adopted great-grandchildren, and 1 niece: Debbie Cost and her children and grandchildren, and nephew Rick Pearce and wife Renee and family of Chickasha, OK.

She is the last one of her brothers and sisters.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
