Linda Carol Evans, of Durant, passed away peacefully on December 7, 2024, at the age of 79. She was born on April 23, 1945, in Eldorado, Oklahoma, to Lee Roy and Ruby Leona (Hill) Agee.
Linda pursued a career as a hairdresser, a profession that allowed her to connect with people on a personal level. For 33 years, she styled hair and provided comfort and conversation to her many loyal clients. She was a member of the Baptist faith that was a cornerstone of her life, bringing her solace and strength.
Linda's legacy is carried on by her loving family. She is survived by her sons, Randy Lee Evans of Durant, Oklahoma, and Ronald Ray Evans of Zephyrhills, Florida, as well as her four grandchildren. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Lee Roy and Ruby Agee, and her son, Robert Shawn Evans.
