Marvin Christopher "Chris" Ellis

Marvin Christopher �Chris� Ellis, 59,  Blanchard, died Saturday, December 22, 2012 in Norman. The son of Roland Huey and Sue Frances (Moinnett) Ellis, he was born September 1, 1953 in Oklahoma City.

Chris graduated from Bishop McGuinness High School in Oklahoma City in 1971 and was Catholic n faith. Chris worked for many years in the restaurant business and served in the Air National Guard. Chris enjoyed collecting records and CDs and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Chris is survived by one son, Jason Ellis of Blanchard; one daughter Alexa Sue Ellis; one sister, Toni Roberts of Oklahoma City; his former wife, Linda Ellis of Texas; and many other loved ones and friends. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
