Larry Dewayne Duncan was born in Enid, OK, to Ruth (Duncan) Humphrey.
He is survived by wife Cathy of Valentine, NE; mother Ruth Humphrey of Enid, OK; sisters Janice, Sherry, and Tammy; brother Eddie; children Linda Duncan, Marsha Duncan, Christopher Duncan, Nicholas Duncan, Chris (Liz) Witt, Cindy (Stephen) Williams, Ricky (Chandra) Rhea, and Josh (Megan) Rhea; 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 30 nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at The Youth Building at the Chisholm Trail Expo Center on Sunday March 15 from 1 p.m.-5 p.m.
