Marilyn Jane (Threlkeld) Duke
November 13, 1944 ~ June 20, 2020

Marilyn Jane (Threlkeld) Duke, of Seiling, was born to William “Bill” and Wilma Jean Threlkeld on November 13, 1944. She passed from this life on June 20, 2020 at the age of 75 years, 7 months, and 7 days.

Marilyn grew up in the Canton area where she graduated from Canton High School. She married Paul Gene Duke and the couple made their home in Seiling where they raised two boys: Jeff and Tucker. Marilyn was a member of First Christian Church of Seiling, loved reading books, and was the grocery clerk (and deli cook) in Seiling for many years.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Wilma, and great-grandchild Koulter McBride

She is survived by her sons: Jeff Duke and Tucker Duke, both of Seiling; siblings Wilanna Davison of Seiling, Bill Threlkeld of Okeene, OK, and Terry Threlkeld of Watonga, OK; five grandchildren Wyatt Duke, Weston Duke, Rylea Duke, Greyleigh Schuster, and Laci McBride and husband Tanner; and great-grandchildren Shania Tripp and Tate McBride; as well as many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at the First Christian Church of Seiling with Pastor Dennis Adair officiating.

Services are under the direction of Redinger Funeral Home.

Memorials in Marilyn's honor may be made to the First Christian Church with the funeral home serving as custodian of the funds (Box 236, Seiling, OK 73663)
