Cheryl Kay (McKean) Dudley
September 13, 1964 ~ April 8, 2026

Cheryl Kay Dudley, 61, of McAlester, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at her home.

She was born on September 13, 1964 in Pampa, Texas to Wayne and Rena McKean. She married Scott Dudley on April 17, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She loved nature and rescuing animals. She enjoyed tending to her dogs, chickens, geese, goats and pig. She loved fishing and being a mother.

Survivors include her husband, Scott Dudley of McAlester, OK; children, Michael Odom of Sayre, OK, Meggan Denney of McAlester, OK, and Austin Dudley of McAlester, OK; a brother, Allen McKean of Pampa, TX; sisters, Maxine Stauffacher of Lefors, TX and Barbara Murnan of Noble, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Rena McKean; sister, Peggy McKean, and a brother, Bobby McKean.

There will be a celebration of life conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2026 at her home, 1500 Shady Grove Rd., McAlester, OK 74501.
