Robert LeRoy Dotson

August 10, 1946 ~ March 13, 2009

Robert LeRoy Dotson, 62, of Claremore passed away Friday, March 13, 2009 in Tulsa, OK. He was born August 10, 1946 to Robert and Pauline Dotson in Collinsville, OK. He worked as a carpenter until retirement. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, and collecting coins. Robert formerly attended the Jesus Outreach Church in Bunch, OK. He will be missed by many.

Robert is survived by his sister, Janice Sheehan and her husband Vin of Tulsa; a half-sister, Bonnie Marang of Claremore; 2 nieces, Heather Simcox and Laura Stark; and 1 nephew, Mitchell Southerland. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Dotson and Pauline Gaylord.

A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel in Collinsville, OK. Rev. Calvin Clay will be officiating. Under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home, www.collinsvillefh.com.
